RE: Best RPM range.

I assume you have Ford 6.8L V-10. My engine seems to get the best fuel economy in the 2k to 2.2k range. The tow/haul feature will alter your shift points and hold the transmission out of OD. I turn off the OD feature while in traffic and while towing in hilly areas.
So do you switch to OD when you are cruising?

RE: Maybe I was too harsh

I will give the unit away to a homeless, crack-addict whore before I ever bring my unit in to you for some cash in my pocket or use any of your services. And, if I need “anymore information”, I’ll dial 411.
Best part, good job.

RE: jeep adding milage when being towed

maybe take the front wheels off the ground or the back wheels, not sure which side registers the mileage.

RE: Blue Ray ?

on 780 it will be the same as watching a dvd with the blue ray, you want to atleast have 1080 and also using an HDMI cable. But you will see a little difference with the 780.

concerned

Just brought my TT home today and on my first tow that I have ever done everything went well. Now, the only concern I have is it feels like the trailer is pushing and pulling the truck going down the road, not sure if its normal to feel that. But TT brakes work great with the prodigy and didnt get any sway from the reese dual cam.
Specs:
2003 Dodge Ram 5.7L Hemi
Trailer Weight 4100.
Tongue Weight 450ish lbs.
Any thoughts?

RE: Buying trailer

I would offer less. He hasn't sold it yet so he will be willing to go lower. You might want to look into why he is selling it so soon. I suspect the lack of a bathroom an having to fold it up in the rain a few times might be the honest answer. Then decide before you buy it if you are willing to deal with this.
I agree. Make sure you look all around the PUP and check for tears in the fabric/screens and mold or water damage.

RE: Can you tell me about convection ovens please?

Our gas range in our house is convection, basically turns a fan on and blows hot air over and around all the food, decreasing the time it takes to cook. Works great on homemade fries and pizza.

RE: Carrier Air V not cooling

Found this for you:
Link
Repair manual for the Air V, units. Not sure what your model # is but will give you a general idea what might be wrong. Me being a jet engine mechanic I would start with the filters and then work my way up. Hope this helps.

RE: Barking and Growling in Campsite

He is just being protective of his area, does he do it if people enter the campsite or only when people are walking by? Try to see if you can get some people or friends with dogs to enter the site can see how he reacts, if he jumps and trys to attack then you know that he is just protecting you and that he is out of his element. But remember, dont comfort him when he does it cuz it just makes him think that he is doing the right thing. Let him know by your body action and tone of voice that he isnt doing the right thing, he will learn and eventually come around, wether he likes it or not.
My wife is a certified dog trainer, so send me a PM if you need more help and info.

RE: Picking up after your pets!!

Well the park i go to it isn't the deer, elk, or bears you have to worry about, it's all the rabbits! You would think the base would have all the young enlisted personnel out there doing "pooper scooper" duty every morning and clean up after them rabbits.
Rabbit poop is on the back burner, fighting a war right now, will get back to you in a few years.
